Action Learning Groups
Leaders take time to reflect on where they are headed and how they will get there. Action Learning Groups are small syndicates of peers who form strong commitments to each other in the service of their mutual learning. Leadership action learning groups explore the challenges, values and ethics that are faced by leaders in their work place. Action Learning Groups, guided by a Leap! facilitator, meet every four to six weeks. Read more here.
