Presentation Skills for Technical
Staff
Great communication is about being clear and listening well.
Workshop Objectives
The objectives of this workshop are to learn to compellingly communicate technical ideas to non-technical executives and other stakeholders in two settings:
- A five minute hallway conversation
- A power point presentation.
Great communicators know that communication is never one way, even when they are presenting to large groups. Great communicators connect with their audiences, and they help their audiences to connect with them.
This course provides tools for understanding what interests your audience in the ideas you present. It provides tools for engaging them, for learning from them, and for getting their support.
